#ArcadiaOrganic

This 3800 square foot single story home is nestled in a cul de sac just five minutes from Old Town Scottsdale. This project included some lightweight renovation - separating a large room into two to create a five bedroom house, and building a custom built in to create a one-of-a-kind office space. From the beginning the vision for this whole home design project was clear - to create a space that felt organic, modern and comfortable. I handpicked every piece of furniture, every piece of decor and all the fun wallpaper and accent paint throughout the house to create an elevated retreat. This project was one of my favorites of all time and was completed in three months from start to finish.

I warmed up this kitchen with organic textures and added a simple black stool to contrast the lighter tones without taking away from the main focal point of the room (the dreamy dining room and 30' ceilings)

I styled this buffet with a combination of functional pieces and just downright pretty decor. I included outdoor glassware, cookbooks and some containers perfect for hiding coasters and napkins. I used the shelved above to feature unique glassware, a beautiful decanter and statement making art pieces.

This is the kid's room dreams are made of. I installed this textured wall paper to give the room a feminine feel and contrasted the floral print with a striped rug and gingham chairs. Add a little textured lamp, and voila, a dreamy kid's room they'll never want to leave.

Another fabulous wallpaper I selected to be the perfect backdrop for zoom meetings.  This custom built-in was something I dreamed up for a nook in the office space, and it turned a drab room into my favorite room in the house.

I wanted the last two rooms in the house to have a personality of their own. I brought in a moody black with bold prints and patterns to make the guest room feel unique and welcoming. I kept things simple in the playroom, choosing a bed with built-in storage to do double duty for toy storage.
