Some homes impress with scale. Others leave a lasting impression through character.
Sanctuary at 77 was designed to feel as though it had evolved naturally over time - a home layered with warmth, craftsmanship, and timeless details rather than defined by passing trends. Inspired by the understated elegance of European homes, every decision was made to create spaces that feel welcoming, authentic, and beautifully lived in.
Throughout the renovation, we focused on creating architectural depth and visual warmth through natural materials, furniture-inspired millwork, handcrafted details, and a palette that feels rich without being heavy. The result is a home that feels established rather than newly renovated - a place where every room tells the same story.

Inspired by the timeless kitchens found throughout Europe, this space was designed to feel collected rather than constructed. Furniture-inspired cabinetry, warm wood accents, natural stone, and a restrained hood create a sense of permanence, while the generous island serves as both a functional workspace and the natural gathering place for family and friends.
Open shelving and thoughtfully integrated details add personality without creating visual clutter, allowing the materials themselves to become the focal point.

Rather than creating a formal dining room reserved for special occasions, we designed a space that feels connected to the rhythm of everyday life. Warm materials, soft textures, and a seamless relationship to the kitchen encourage lingering conversations and effortless entertaining.
