#HoleInOneHouse

This couple bought a beautiful home on the golf course - and quickly realized their furniture from the previous home didn't fit the bill. We worked together to design their living and dining areas as well as two guest bedrooms.
I loved picking every detail of this cozy living room. A textured neutral rug with just enough pops of color, a couch with green undertones, just enough marble and metal, and oversized swivel boucle chairs that are as comfortable as they are stunning.
My favorite part was getting to style this built-in shelfie with some of their keepsakes and some found items that I collected.
Pro tip: if you have speakers that you want to conceal, put them in a basket and cut a small hole in the back for the cord (see bottom shelf) - pretty + functional.

This dining room screams modern elegance. The black tones are softened by cane back chairs and the oval shape of the table. The couple was adamant that they wanted a functional centerpiece that didn't obstruct their view. So we went with a bold light fixture and kept the centerpiece simple - who knew salt + pepper shakers could look so elegant?

This guest room was a big beige box. I added color, textures and varying heights to create a fun and unique focal point.

They had a tight budget for their rooms and this is a great example of how a little can go a long way. These were photos I sourced for less than $10 each and a handful of collected frames that were $20 or less.
Bring on the texture!! This textured pillow and collection of baskets I arranged on the wall brought a touch of personality to this otherwise bland room. It can be hard to escape the trap of putting a single piece of art behind a bed - this is just one alternative that yields a custom piece perfect for a cozy bedroom.
